Single number that captures overall market emotion. Extremes are often contrarian signals.

Social volume, developer activity, and whale transaction tracking. One of the better sentiment platforms.
Check each weekSocial volume spikes on coins you hold. A spike after a big move usually means you’re late, not early.

US economic data direct from the source. M2 money supply, interest rates, and CPI — what actually drives macro.
Check each weekThe M2 money supply trend and the Fed funds rate. Is liquidity expanding or being squeezed?

Track DXY, SPX, Gold, and US10Y yields. Crypto often inversely correlates with dollar strength.
Check each weekThe direction of the dollar index (DXY). A rising dollar has often been a headwind for crypto.

Monitor Bitcoin dominance to time altcoin rotation. Rising dominance = stay in BTC. Falling = alts begin.
